Determination of Antimony in FCC Catalyst

  • 摘要: 用火焰原子吸收法测定催化剂中锑含量,考察了消解温度、消解时间、酸度等对测量结果的影响,优选出了最佳分析测试条件.所建方法简便、灵敏、准确,该方法回收率在95%~99%之间,变异系数小于2.5%,最小检出限为0.092mg/L.

     

    Abstract: An analytical method for antimony in FCC catalyst by flame atomic absorption spectrometer has been established, which studies the influences of the counteracting time, counteracting temperature and acidity on the measuring result. The optimum conditions are also obtained. The recovery yield ranges from 95% to 99%, the relative standard deviation is below 2.5%, and the detection limits of Sb is 0.092 mg/L, accuracy and precision of this method are acceptable.
