  • 摘要: 研究了光谱带宽与分析测试误差的关系.从理论上阐明了光谱带宽会引起吸收光谱仪器的分析测试误差,并给出了计算公式.用青霉素钠、青霉素钾的分析测试数据和文献报道的数据,进一步说明了光谱带宽对分析测试误差的影响.分析测试工作者一定要特别重视对光谱带宽的选择.

     

    Abstract: The relationship between spectrum band width and absorbance error was discussed. Spectrum band width give rise to absorbance test error for some of absorbance spectrum instrument. The test data of author and Owen, as well as calculating formula were gived. Meannwhile the importance of select SBW was also suggested.
