对氯偶氮氯膦分光光度法测定海产品中微量钍的研究

Study on the Spectrophotomometric Determination of Microamounts Thorium in Marine Products with Chloroposphonazo-pC

  • 摘要: 在酸性介质中,对氯偶氮氯膦与钍形成一种稳定的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于λ=680nm处,对比度Δλ=110nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.04×105.络合物的组成为Th4+:CPA-PC=1:2,钍含量在0.0~10.0μg/10mL范围内服从比尔定律.方法用于海产品中痕量钍的测定,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: The condition for the color reaction of chloroposphonazo-pC with thorium has been studied. The experimental results show that thorium reacts with chloroposphonazo-pC to form a stable blue complex in the acid medium. The maximum absorbance of the complex is at 680 nm,the apparent molar absorptivity is ε=1.04×105 L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.0~10.0/10 mL,the ratio thorium to chloroposphonazo-pC in the complex is 1:2. It was convenient and rapid, high sensitivity and good selectivity and was applied to the determination of Th(Ⅳ) in marine products and catalysts with satisfactory results.
