Determination of Trace Plumbum in Food and Food Additive by GFAAS

  • 摘要: 样品经硝酸和高氯酸分解后,加入磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂测定铅,方法快捷,准确,经济,精密度≤14%,回收率92%~104%,检出限0.4ng/mL,用于多种食品中铅的测定,结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: The sample was dissolved in HNO3 and HClO4,NH4H2PO4 was used as a reagent to amend the condition of solution. Trace plumbum in food and food additive was determined by GFAAS. The RSD was less than 14%. The detection limit of the method is 0.4 ng/ml for plumbum.The method has been applied to the determination of trace plumbum in many food and food additive. The result is satisfactory.
