Digest and Decompose Sample in High Pressure——Determination of the Mercury in Soil by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 利用原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的汞时,土壤的预处理好坏是保证结果准确的关键.通过对不同方法、不同条件的实验研究,确定了HNO3-H2O2高压消解法,并通过标准土样和实际土样的分析,验证了方法的准确度和精密度,满足监测质控要求,并且该法简便、快速,值得普及推广.

     

    Abstract: The key to guarantee accurate analysis result was the pretreatment of soil sample when we determined the mercury in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Pass through some experiments of different method or different condition,we could make sure that the procedure of digestion and decomposition in high pressure by HNO3-H2O2 was desirable.The result of analysing standard sample and unknown sample showed that accuracy and precision all meet the needs and this method is handy and speedy,it is worth to popularize.
