苯芴酮荧光光度法测定痕量锗

Determination of Trace Germanium with Benzfluorenone by Spectrofluorimetry

  • 摘要: 在稳定剂明胶和增溶剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的水溶液中,锗与苯芴酮生成配合物,其激发波长和发射波长分别为428 nm和491 nm.锗浓度在0.1~0.7μg/mL范围内具有良好的线形关系,检出限为0.5μg/L,此法用于测定莴笋中的痕量锗,获得满意的结果.

     

    Abstract: A new method for determining trace germanium was established based on the reaction of germanium with benzfluorenone forming fluorescent complex with the existence of glutin and hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide,the excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 428 and 491 nm respectively.Experimental results showed that the calibration graph is linear over the range of 0.1~0.7 μg/mL,the detection limit of germanium is 0.5 μg/mL.The method has been applied to determine the trace germanium in Lactuca sativa L.with satisfactory results.
