固相微萃取法结合GC-MS分析八角茴香中挥发性化合物

Analysis of Volatile Compounds Released from Illicium Verum by Solid Phase Microextraction (SPME)

  • 摘要: 采用均相聚合物涂层——自制聚丙烯酸树脂(PA)萃取头,顶空萃取八角茴香中挥发性有机物.对萃取温度、样品量、解吸时间等参数进行了优化,得到了最佳萃取条件.该方法快速、简便,重现性好.通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术定性分析,鉴定了53种成分.同时,与商品多相聚合物涂层CAR/PDMS、DVB/CAR/PDMS分析结果比较,显示自制均相聚丙烯酸树脂萃取头对八角中挥发性有机物的萃取更全面.

     

    Abstract: A method for fast analysis of volatile compounds from Illicium verum was established.This method was performed by using headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME) with a polyacrylate(PA),coated fiber coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The influence of HS-SPME operating is variables such as extraction time,extraction temperature,the sample size,thermal desorption time was examined in order to optimize the efficiency of extraction and desorption of SPME.The optimal parameters shows that 0.1 g sample was placed in a 15ml vial,extracted for 40 min at 60℃,and then desorping for 2 min at 250℃.The results showed that 53 compounds were identified by PA coating layer,and also showed that the performance with PA coating layer was better than with the other two coating layers: CAR/PDMS and DVB/CAR/PDMS.
