超临界萃取麦芽浸膏中致香成份的研究及在卷烟加香中的应用

Extraction of the Absolute in Malt Extract with Supercritical Fluid CO2 and its Application in Tobacoo Flavoring

  • 摘要: 研究了超临界萃取从麦芽浸膏中萃取净油的方法.麦芽净油的挥发性化学成份经GC/MS分析鉴定,并进行了卷烟的加香评吸实验.结果表明,该麦芽净油能增加烟香,使烟气甜润,细腻柔和,减少刺激,掩盖杂气,明显提高抽吸品质.

     

    Abstract: The methods for malt absolute extracting from malt extract with supercritical fluid CO2,and then qualitative analyzing by GC/MS were studied.The malt absolute was added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panellists.The result indicated that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was effectively reduced and the smoking quality was improved.
