High-performance Liquid Chromatography Diode Array Detection Method for Basic Brilliant Orange G and Rhodamine B in Cayenne

  • 摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法测定辣椒粉中的碱性橙、玫瑰精含量的测定方法.采用Agilent SB-C18分离柱,以甲醇+0.4 g/L十六烷基溴化铵的水溶液(70+30)为流动相,检测波长分别为410 nm和550 nm,同时测定碱性橙和玫瑰精.两组分的检出限分别为0.58 mg/L、0.72 mg/L,回收率为95.1%、94.2%,测定结果标准偏差2.06%、2.37%.

     

    Abstract: Objective: to establish a HPLC method for measuring Basic brilliant orange G and Rhodamine B in cayenne. Method: using Aglient SB-C18μm stainless column with methanol -0.4 g/L ammonium acetate(70+30) measure Basic brilliant orange G and Rhodamine B,detection wavelength were 410 nm and 550 nm. Results: the detection limit were 0.58 mg/L for Basic brilliant orange G and 0.72 mg/L for Rhodamine B.The recovery were 95.1% and 94.2%.The RSD were 2.06% and 2.37%.
