  • 摘要: 试验结果可知,取10份GBW07416土壤标准样品在20℃左右条件下,在振荡机上浸提振荡30 min,采用原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中交换性钙镁.经精密度及正确度检验,该检测原理及检测过程的准确度水平符合要求.

     

    Abstract: The results of test showed that in the condition of taking 10 portions of GBW007416 standard sample of soil to leach and vibrate with 30 minutes in the oscillate set at about 20℃,and then using the method of atom absorbing spectrum to determine the exchangeable calcium and magnesium in soil,through examining the accuracy and correctness,the levels of examinational principle and examinational process conformed all to the requirment.
