毛细管气相色谱法测定蔬菜中农药残留量

Determination of Pesticide Residues in Vegetableby Capillary Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用毛细管气相色谱法测定蔬菜中农药残留量,具有分析农药种类多,结果准确可靠,节省时间等优点.实验测得α-666、β-666、γ-666、δ-666、ρ,ρ′- DDE、o,ρ′- DDT、ρ,ρ′-DDD、ρ,ρ′-DDT、甲氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯等11种农药的平均回收率分别为98.9%、94.2%、106.1%、100.5%、97.3%、103.8%、95.7%、105.3%、95.6%、98.4%、102.8%;精密度峰面积相对标准偏差分别为2.1%、2.9%、3.6%、2.0%、2.9%、4.3%、4.7%、31%、1.9%、2.3%、2.7%.

     

    Abstract: Determination of pesticide residues in vegetable by capillary gas chromatography has many advantages, such as analysis of many kinds pesticides, good precision, accuracy results, short time and so on. Average recovery of α-666,β-666,γ-666,δ-666,ρ,ρ′-DDE,o,ρ′-DDT,ρ,ρ′-DDD,ρ,ρ′-DDT, fenpropathion, fenvalerate, deltamethrin is 98.9%,94.2%,106.1%,100.5%,97.3%,103.8%,95.7%,105.3%,95.6%,98.4%,102.8%, respectively, and the relative standard deviation of the precision peak propotion is 2.1%,2.9%,3.6%,2.0%,2.9%,4.3%,4.7%,3.1%,1.9%,2.3%,2.7%, respectively.
