  • 摘要: 卟啉类试剂由于其特殊的光学性能而成为一种很有发展前途的有机显色剂,已广泛应用于金属离子的痕量测定. 就国内外近年来卟啉类试剂在重金属离子分析中的研究及应用情况作了较系统的总结.主要介绍分光光度法、荧光光度法和高效液相色谱法3种分析方法在此方面的应用,列举了分析过程中出现的问题以及解决方法,并展望了卟啉类试剂在重金属离子分析中的发展方向.

     

    Abstract: Porphyrin is a kind of promising organic chromogenic reagent for its special optical properties, so it is widely used in the trace determination of metal ions. This paper has a review on porphyrin that has been used in heavy metallic analysis and application during the last few years. The application of spectrophotometry, fluorescent method and high performance liquid chromatography in the analysis of heavy metal ions was introduced. The problems related and the solving methods were also enumerated. In addition, the development trend of heavy metallic analysis using porphyrin as a chromogenic reagent was forecasted.
