  • 摘要: 采用分光光度法测定活性炭负载钌系氨合成催化剂中的钌含量.在强酸和乙醇体系中,Ru(Ⅲ)与硫脲生成蓝色物,于最大吸收波长λ=620 nm处测定催化剂中的钌含量.测试结果表明,该方法操作简单、干扰小,相对标准偏差为1%~3%,加标回收率在97.5%~102.0%之间,适用于活性炭负载钌系氨合成催化剂中钌含量的准确测定.

     

    Abstract: Based on prismatic spectrophotometry, a method for determining ruthenium content on activated carbon-supported ruthenium catalyst for ammonia synthesis was studied. Under the conditions of acid and ethanol, a blue product was obtained by Ru (Ⅲ) and thiourea, which, with maximum absorption wavelength at 620 nm, can determine the ruthenium content in catalyst. The result showed that with the easy-to-operate method, the relative standard deviation ranges from 1% to 3% and the recovery ratio from 97.5 % to 102.0 %. This method could rapidly and accurately determine the content of ruthenium on Ru/AC catalyst for ammonia synthesis.
