气相色谱内标法测定1,3-丙二胺及其中间体的含量

Determination of 1,3-Propanediamine by Capillary GasChromatography Internal Standard Method

摘要: 采用毛细管气相色谱内标法测定1,3-丙二胺的含量，结果显示该方法具有分离度好、准确度高、回收率高等特点，适合1,3-丙二胺成品的质量控制，回收原料、中间体、产物的回收率都在99.10%~105.88%.

Abstract: 1,3-Propanediamine was determined by capillary gas chromatography internal standard method, the results show that the method is simple, accurate and repeatable and it is suitable for quality control of 1,3-Propanediamine production. The recovery of raw material, intermediates and products was 99.10%～105.88%.
