Introduction of Experience on Determination of Total Arsenic in Food by Atomic Fluorescence

  • 摘要: 由于氢化物原子荧光法具有方法简单、精密度好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点,已在土壤、食品、化妆品等砷含量的测定中得到广泛应用.对该法测定食品总砷过程中还原剂与砷标准的反应时间与荧光强度值之间的关系进行了探讨,得出其最佳反应时间.

     

    Abstract: The method of hydride atom fluorescence has been widely used in the determination of arsenic of soil,food,cosmetics,etc.The reaction time of the reducer and arsenic standard and the fluorescence intensity value in the determination of total arsenic in food are discussed and lastly the optimum reaction time has been obtained.
