Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technology in Detection of Perfluorooctane Sulfonate and Related compounds

  • 摘要: 全氟辛基磺酸 (PFOS) 类化合物是一类新型的持久性有机污染物, 所造成的污染已成为全球关注的问题. 高效液相色谱-质谱 (HPLC-MS) 联用技术在痕量分析中的显著优势被广泛应用于PFOS类化合物的分析.论述了近年来HPLC-MS 在检测环境、工业品、食品及生物中PFOS类化合物的应用现状.

     

    Abstract: Perfluorooctane sulfonate ( PFOS) and related perfluorine compounds are new persistent organic pollutants, the pollutions caused by them have become a global problem. The striking advantage in trace analysis of high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) technology makes it widely used in the analysis of PFOS and related compounds. The application of HPLC-MS in the detection of PFOS and related compounds in environment, industry, food and biology is summarized.
