Determination of Trace Oxygen Compounds in Unreacted C4 in Methyl-Tert-Butyl Ether Unit

  • 摘要: 对几种高分子聚合物色谱固定相分离性能进行比较研究,选择了一种较好的混合固定相,适用于甲基叔丁基醚装置未反应碳四(C4)组分中微量二甲醚、甲醇、甲基叔丁基醚、叔丁醇等含氧化合物的气相色谱测定.以内标法进行计算.检测下限可达到10×10-6(W/W),其它化合物不干扰测定.

     

    Abstract: A Comparative study is made on the separation performance of chromatographic stationary phase of several high polymers. A good mixed stationary phase is chosen for the determination of trace dimethyl ether, methanol, methyl-tert-butyl ether(MTBE), tert-butanol and other oxygen compounds in unreacted C4 in the MTBE Unit by GC. Calculation is made by internal standard method. Detection limit is up to 10×10-6(W/W), and no interference of other compounds take place in the determination.
