氧化锆布膜中硅含量的火焰原子吸收光谱分析

Analysis of Silicon Content in Cloth Membrane of Zirconium Oxide of Nickel Hydrogen Storage Battery Material by Flame-AAS

  • 摘要: 提出用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法进行镍氢蓄电池材料用氧化锆布膜中硅含量的测定.通过进行分析线、光谱通带宽度、燃烧器高度、灯电流、共存离子的影响等试验表明:该方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便、容易掌握、分析周期短等优点.其相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=6).标准加入回收率均为98.3%~100.9%(n=6)范围内.可以作为检测镍氢蓄电池材料用氧化锆布膜中硅含量的一种手段.

     

    Abstract: The nitrous oxide-ethane flame Atomic absorption spectrometer was applied to determine silicon content in cloth membrane of zirconium oxide nickel hydrogen storage battery material. The optimum measuring conditions for the determination of silicon content were obtained with a comprehensive consideration to interfering factors. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, easiness in operation, and short analy period. Relative standard deviations were less than 1.0%(n=6) in six sample measures, and the recovery was in the range of 98.3%~100.9%(n=6). This method is a means to examine silicon in the zirconium oxide cloth membrane of nickel hydrogen storage battery material .
