Electrochemical Behavior of Epinephrine on Acidity Fuchsine Modified Glassy Carbon Eelectrode

  • 摘要: 用酸性品红修饰电极,循环伏安法(CV)研究L-肾上腺素(EP)的电化学行为.研究了介质溶液、pH值、修饰剂用量、扫描速度、扫描电位等条件进行优化,修饰电极与裸电极相比,还原峰电流增强8倍.峰电流与EP在2.0×10-5~2.2×10-3 mol/L浓度范围呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.990 9,检出限为9.58×10-5 mol/L.对1.0×10-3 mol/L的EP平行测定11次的RSD为5.4%,重复性好.方法可用于盐酸肾上腺素注射液中EP含量的测定,回收率在96.1%~113.0%,结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: An acid fuchsine modified electrode is used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of L-epinephrine(EP) by cyclic voltammeter. After the optimization of several working conditions, including the supporting electrolyte, pH of the solution, amount of the modifier. and scanning speed and potential, the current of EP at a modified electrode was 9 times as much. Compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode, the current increased linearly with the concentration ofEPin the range of 2.0×10-5~2.2×10-3 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.990 9. The detection limit was 9.58×10-5 mol/L. For eleven repeated measurements of 1.0×10-3 mol/L EP, a low relative standard deviation of 5.4% was obtained. This method was successfully applied to the determination of EP in injection of epinephrine chloride with a good recovery between 96.1% and 113.0%.
