Uncertainty of Measurement of Fipronil in Tea by GasChromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 对气相色谱-质谱联用法测定茶叶中氟虫腈含量过程中可能引入的不确定度进行了分析和评定.当置信度水平为95%,包含因子k 为2时,通过实验数据计算得到茶叶中氟虫腈含量的相对扩展不确定度为5.75%.对各分量在构成合成不确定度时的贡献率分析,得出质量控制的关键在于控制好样品的均匀性、代表性和测试方法的精密度.

     

    Abstract: Uncertainties originated from the measurement of fipronil content in tea material by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry have been evaluated. The relative expanded uncertainty of the fipronil concentration was calculated to be 5.75% from the experimental data when the designed incredible probability was 95%(k=2). From the analysis of contribution rate which was calculated by different components combined to the combined uncertainty, the testing key issure for quality control was the uniformity and representative ness of samples and the precision of method.
