Optimization of Conditions in Determination Method of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd in Sea Water

  • 摘要: 对海水中铜、铅、镉、锌国标测定方法进行了条件优化,研究了冲洗溶液、萃取溶剂、络合剂、pH、提取量对实验结果的影响,在优化条件下,铜、铅、镉、锌测定的相对标准偏差在0.0%~2.0%之间,标样测定结果均优于等离子发射光谱法等4种方法。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, conditions in the determination method of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd in sea water were optimized, the effects of rinsing solvent, extraction solvent, chelating agent, pH, and uptake rate on the determiantion results were studied. Under optimized conditions, the relative standard deviations(RSDs) of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd are in the range of 0.0%~2.0%. The determination results of standard samples are better than that of GB17378.4-2007, ICP-AES and Polarographic methods.
