静电分级器在尘埃粒子计数器灵敏度标定中的应用

Application of Electrostatic Classifier in Sensitivity Calibration for Dust Particle Counter

  • 摘要: 提出将TSI 3080静电分级器用于粒子计数器粒径标定,以提高标准粒子输出的单分散性。实验数据表明,采用TSI 3080静电分级器输出后的单分散标准粒子在仪器相应测量粒径档中的相对标准偏差小于0.2%,与未采用TSI 3080静电分级器直接测量相比,标准粒子的相对标准偏差下降了38%,远高于GJB/J 5416—2005《尘埃粒子计数器检定规程》中单分散标准粒子粒径分布的相对标准偏差不大于5%的要求。方法有利于提高尘埃粒子计数器分析结果的准确性。

     

    Abstract: The application of TSI 3080 Electrostatic Classifier in sensitivity calibration for Dust Particle Counter is introduced. TSI 3080 Electrostatic Classifier can be used for extracting particles within a narrow range from the Particle Size Standards generated by an atomizer. The particle size distribution of the generated monodisperse aerosol in the corresponding size range measured by the Dust Particle Counter is 92%, the requirment of Methods of testing the performance of dust particle counter- calibration for sizing particle is 60%, the technique is a very useful tool to improve the measurement accuracy of the Dust Particle Counter.
