Determination of Tin in Canned Food with Hydride-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 考察了使用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中的锡时,酸介质、酸介质浓度、硼氢化钾浓度、遮蔽剂对荧光值的影响. 方法线性范围为0~250 ng/mL,相关系数为0.999 5,回收率为88.7%~102.74%,相对标准偏差为2.29%~3.58%.

     

    Abstract: The hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is used to the determination of tin in canned food,effects of various aids,concentration of aids,concentration of KBH4, and screening agent on the fluorescence intensity are studied. Under these conditions,the linear range of determination was 0~250 ng/mL,the related coefficient was 0.999 5,the recovery rate was 88.7%~102.74%,and the RSD was 2.29%~3.58%.
