Analytical Application of Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Quenching Method

  • 摘要: 对共振瑞利散射(resonance Rayleigh scattering, RRS)淬灭法在蛋白质、核酸、药物及金属离子测定中的分析应用进行综述. 结合共振瑞利散射增强原理,对实验中出现的散射淬灭现象及淬灭原因进行归纳总结,为RRS淬灭分析方法的建立提供新的思路.

     

    Abstract: A review on the analytical application of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) quenching method for the determination of proteins, nucleic acids, pharmaceuticals and metals is presented. Based on the principles of RRS enhancement, the phenomena and reasons of RRS quenching effect are summarized, and a new idea for establishing a new RRS quenching method is proposed. :O657.3
