Abstract: The gel permeation chromatograph(GPC) is a essential tool for the scientific research in polymer chemistry. With the rapid development of polymer chemistry, how to improve the efficiency of the use of the instrument is a thorny problem. Therefore, the research of the opening use and management becomes very important. In this paper, the experience of opening using the GPC is summarized.
