Establishment and Maintenance of Interactive Analysis Platform of cLC/UHPLC Coupled with LTQ-Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry

  • The interactive use of the capillary liquid chromatography(cLC)/ultra high-performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC) coupled with linear ion trap/Orbitrap mass spectrometry(LTQ-Orbitrap XL) was realized by an external trigger device. A full range analysis platform of liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and liquid chromatography coupled with tandem-mass spectrometry (LC-MSn) is established. The application of this platform greatly improves the efficiency of the use of large scale equipment, and promotes the research and service capabilities of the public instrument platform.
