UPLC-ESI-MS Method for Rapid Quantification of Rhodioside, Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucosideand Astragaloside IV in Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule

  • The quantitative method of isoflavonids, phenylpropanoids and saponin in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule was established using the ultra-pressure liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS) method. ACN and 0.3% formic acid water were used as the mobile phase by gradient elution, with a detection time of 12 min, and a good linear correlation of r2>0.999. It was proved that the method is simple, accurate, reliability with good repeatability that can be used as quality control for Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule.
