Uncertainty Evaluation of Measurement Results for Determination of Total Carbon and Nitrogen in Soil Samples Using Elemental Analyzer

  • The uncertainty of carbon and nitrogen in soil samples determined by elemental analyzers was evaluated in this paper. The sources of the uncertainty in the determination were analyzed and discussed. Results showed that main factors of the uncertainty are standard reference materials and regression working-curves.
