Study on Chiral Separation of Chromatography

  • Chirality is one of the basic properties in nature, different chiral monomers have distrinct physiological activities, the effective separation of chiral compounds is of great significance. Chromatography and membrane separation method have been presented increasingly wide application in the separation of chiral compounds, and are also the major methods our research group used. In this paper, some methods and research results of separating chiral compounds in recent years are reviewed, and the future developmental direction of chiral separation technology is prospected.
