Functional Development of Friction and Wear Tester Machine with Simulation of Tribological Behaviors of Pistion Ring-Cylinders

  • Referring to the real operating conditions of piston ring-cylinders and combining with the characteristics and function principles of the SRV-4 friction and wear tester machine, with the addition of reasonable hardware and software testing conditions the function development of the friction and wear tester machine was realized. The results show that the developed tester can obtain the experimental data of piston ring-cylinders in a relatively short time and realize rapid and intuitive evaluation. The developed tester has significant application value in the research of piston ring-cylinder friction pairs.
