Synthesis and Characterization of a NIR Fluorescent Sensor for Its Application in Multicomponent Detection
-
Abstract
A comprehensive chemical experiment for college students was introduced through the synthesis and characterization of a porphyrin NIR fluorescent sensor, 5, 10, 15, 20-Tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin (THPP), and its application in multicomponent detection of Cu2+, pyrophosphate (PPi) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). The probe was characterized carefully. According to this experiment, students' great interest in scientific research can be stimulated, and research capability can be cultivated. Furthermore, this experiment involves the knowledge of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, instrumental analysis and inorganic chemistry, which is conducive to improving students' comprehensive abilities.
