Analysis of Paroxetine Hydrochloride Using 2D-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

  • The molecular structure analysis method of paroxetine hydrochloride was reported. The nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum (1H-NMR), nuclear magnetic carbon spectrum (13C-NMR, DEPT 135°) and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic correlation spectrum (1H-1HCOSY, 13C-1H HSQC, 13C-1H HMBC) of paroxetine hydrochloride were measured on the domestic scientific instrument nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, and all the hydrogen and carbon of paroxetine hydrochloride were attributed.
