Pre-column Derivatization for the RP-HPLC Determination of Amino Acids in Seven Chinese Medicinal Herb Tonics
Amino Acids in seven Chinese medicinal herb tonics are separated and determined for the first time. this work establishes a chromatographic method for the determination of the amino acids in Chinese medicinal herb tonics and provides a scie ntific basis for evaluating the tonic effect of Chinese medicinal herbs.
