Determination of Aflatoxin in Peanut by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Aflatoxin determination in peanut using high performance liquid chromptography and fluorescence detection is reported in this article. The method was examined by recovery test.The experimental results obtained showed that this method is characterized by its high sensitivity,good separation ability and exactness.
