Study on Trace Oxalate Denomination by Single Column Ion Chromatography

  • In this paper,analysis of trace oxalate by single column ion chromatography is described. 1.3 mmol/L sodium gluconate and 1.3 mmol/L borax were used as the eluent,IC-PAN anion column for the separation and conductivity detector for the detection. The detection limit was 0.57mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.07%.The calibration plot was linear in the range of 0.57-500mg/L.his method has been applied to analyze drinking water spiked with C2O42- with 99.52% average recovery.
