Determination of Humic Acid in Lake Sediment by UV-VIS Absorbance Spectrophotomter
The extraction of humic acid in the lake sediments is described in this paper.By the measurement of the optical densities,the second derivative UV spectrum is obtained by derivation of optical density via wave length.The result is reported and the significance of such determination in atmosphere recording is discusal.
