    Abstract
  • The analysis of gaseous components obtained from plasma polymerization of monomers containing N and S in glow discharge by means of GC-MS and IR is reported. According to the results of analysis, the reaction mechanism of plamsa polymerization containing N and S monomers in glow discharge was deduced.
