Determination of ATP in Activated Sludge with Luciferin-Luciferase Mixtures
ATP in activated sludge of aeration ponds was determinated with luciferin-luciferase mixtures after extraction with four kinds of extractants. The result showed that ATP contents varied with different extractant applied and different wastewater samples.
