Preparation of Nami crystal Double Phase Rare earth Permanent Magnetism Alloy Film Sample for Transmission Electron Microscope

The preparation of transmission electron microscope film sample for Nami crystal double phase rare earth permanent magnetism alloy by means of electrolytic duoble spray method and ionic reducing thin technology was described. Two methods applying to Nami crystal double phase rare earth permanent magnetism alloy are contrasted and better condition of preparation of this material film sample are found out.
