Determination of Astragaloside in Cordycepsand Wine with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

  • The contents of astragaloside in cordycepsand wine was determined by RP-HPLC. The advantages of this method are simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, The average recovery is 97.2%. Relative standard deviatiopn(RSD) is 1.47%. This method could be used as the quality criteria for this wine preparation.
