Determination of Molar Ratio on Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex

Cyclodextrins(CDs) have the properties of forming inclusion complexes with various guests with suitable characteristics of polarity and dimension. Molar ratio is another important factor in determining the inclusion behavior and can be obtained from a lot of analytical methods. UV, NMR, fluorometric, DSC, phase solubility et al are widely uesd in this respect. In this paper, we summarized its determination and application in detail.
