Determination of Silica, Iron, Calcium, Titanium, Vanadium and Zinc Content in Aluminium Oxide by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

  • Direct determination of silica, iron, calcium, titanium, vanadium and zinc content in aluminium oxide by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was described. The interference of aluminum matrix for tested elements and optimum conditions were studied. The detection limits for various elements were in the range of 0.34~52 ng/mL with recovery of 95.7%~108.6% and RSD of less than 2.7%.
