Determination of Amino Acids of the Wall Paintings of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes by Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

    Abstract
  • A derivatization procedure is described for the determination of 15 amino acids of the Wall Paintings of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes. The separation of amino acids derivations were accomplished on the Watersods C18. Mobile phase includes sodium acetate at pH 6.5 and methanol buffer. Fifteen amino acids of the Wall Painting were separated and detected in 24 min.
