Application of Standardization Alpha Coefficients in X-Ray Flourescence Analysis
Through series of experiment and practice we find: in X Ray fluorescence analysis, the adjustment of alpha coefficients can climinate the effect to which the instrument capability transformation brings while certain of accuracy is needed. This method is simple and rapid.
