The Study on Measurement of Molecular Sieves Constituent by Internal Standard Method in ICP-AES

  • Measurement of molecular sieve constituent was studied firstly by ICP-AES. The mixed acids of HNO3 and HF were used to dissolve the samples within sealed vessels, and further F- in the sample solution was complexed by H3BO3, the matrix effect was removed by internal standard and matrix eliminating method respectively. Compared with the classical method, the method used in this paper indicated that the results were correct and credible, and up to the analysis demand, especially, it is helful to analyze the constituent of molecular sieves with impure atom or decorated by metal oxides.
