Infrared Transmission and Reflection Absorption Spectroscopy Study on Structure of Ordered Ultrathin Films
The structure of ordered ultrathin films,including the molecular packing style,the molecular conformers and the orientation of long-chain molecular can be obtained by FTIR-GRA. The theories and application examples of this method are summarized.
