Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Ir(Ⅲ) by Decolorizing Reaction with Ir(Ⅲ)-KIO4-arsenazo-DBM
A spectrophotometric methed for the determination of Ir(Ⅲ) on the oxidative fading arsenazo-DBM with KIO4 in acid medium. the methed offers the advantages of simplicity,rapidity,and sensitivity. Beer's Law is obeyed from 0.1 to 1.0 μg Ir/ml and the determination limits is 0.1 μg Ir/ml. The catalytic Reaction occurs in water phase.
