Optimization of Mobile Phase Composition for Chiral Separation of Triadimefon and Tebuconazole Raceme

  • A chiral stationary phase(CSP) was prepared by coating cellulose-tris(3,5-dimethylphenyl carbamate)(CDMPC) onto aminopropylated spherical silica gel.Two pesticides triadimefon and tebuconazole enantiomers were directly resolved on CDMPC-CSP by normal-phase system.Efficient chiral resolutions were obtained in the respectively optimized mobile phases.
