Determination of Ephedrinehydrochloride in Xiaoer Huatanzhike Granules by HPLC

Subiect: to determine the content of ephedrinehydrochloride in xiaoer huatanzhike granules. Methods: The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mixture of acetonitrile -0.02% sodium dihydrogen phosphate(contain of 0.1% triethylamine,change pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid)(5:95) was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results: The linear range of ephedrinehydrochloride was 0.2～4.0 μg,the average recovery of this method was 98.61% with a RSD of 0.97%. Conclusion: The method can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation.
