Determination of Danshensu in Tongjinglin Granules by HPLC

Subject: to determine the content of Danshensu in tongjinglin granules. Methods: The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mixture of water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(93:5:2)was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 280nm. Results: The linear range of Danshensu was 0.5～10 μg,the average recovery of this method was 97.55% with a RSD of 1.17%. Conclusion: The method can be applied to quantitative determination of the preparation.
